ASC TD-48SC Thermal Demagnetizer with Field Coil
Thermal demagnetizer with a magnetically shielded enclosure capable of heating 48 samples up 800˚ C. Also capable of applying fields during the heating cycle.
The Thermal Demagnetizer is hosted in the Magnetically Shieled Room (MSR) in room K-004. Its main components are the oven itself, the sample boat, electronic control unit, DC power supply (for the magnetizing coil), and the demagnetizing wand with variable AC power supply.
