Ice-Breaker Party starts on Monday, March 24 from 6:00 pm in the foyer of building INF 252. For your convenience the conference desk will open during the ice-breaker party. So it is possible to sign on, receive your conference bag and any further information while breaking the ice. We will close at 11:00 p.m.

25.03.2014

Welcome at 9.30 a.m.
Oral sessions start  11:00 am. There will be poster sessions (with drinks) in the afternoon until 6:00 p.m.
Public talk at 8 p.m., including a welcome by the University Rector Prof. Dr. Bernhard Eitel.

Oral sessions start  9:00 am. There will be poster sessions (with drinks) in the afternoon until 6:00 p.m.
The Conference dinner will take place in the historical city center of Heidelberg, Wednesday, March 26, 7 p.m to 11 p.m. The location is the "Triplex" at the Universitätsplatz.

Oral sessions start  9:00 am.
Closing ceremony at 12.20 a.m.
The registration desk closes at 2 p.m.

Lunch will be provided at the nearby University Restaurant (Mensa). For your convenience Campuscards will be available at the conference desk for 15 € (5 € deposit, 10 € charge).
